The Department of World Languages, Literatures and Cultures offers an array of ways to learn about and connect with a diverse group of people.

Alongside dynamic curriculums that offer study of subjects such as American Sign Language (ASL), English as a Second Language, French, Spanish and German, the department provides numerous opportunities to apply your skills in the real world.

Whether you are performing with a student-led ASL group or traveling abroad to discover a new culture and practice a foreign language, your experiences will prepare you for a wide range of careers after graduation.
