Two months before receiving her degree in December 2019, Escalona advanced her career by accepting a new position as a senior financial analyst. Over the last 20 years, she has been employed in various industriesbanking, finance, manufacturing, distribution and health care. Escalona has a bachelors in business management, a masters in human resource management, experience in both fields and in project management. I have enjoyed working in all of them, and I have learned processes, functions and work styles from all of them, Escalona reflected. There is open communication with the professors, who are always available to help students at any time, she shared. They provided good material and books to read.
